Scott Delahunt, Director, Financial Analysis & Client Relations
As the founder of Western Noble Strategic Advisors, Scott has a passion for real estate, finance and entrepreneurship.
Scott has significant experience in real estate, having worked in commercial financing, real estate development, commercial leasing, property management, residential sales and real estate portfolio strategy/optimization. He has over 15 years of work experience, mostly in the public sector and as an entrepreneur.
Scott holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Housing and Real Estate Management from the University of Guelph and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He was also a licensed real estate salesperson for over 10 years.
